Niedersachsen-Technikum 2019

Female high school graduates inform themselves about nanotechnology at the LNQE

The Niedersachsen-Technikum visited the Laboratory for Nano and Quantum Engineering (LNQE) to learn more about nanotechnology at Leibniz University Hannover. In a short talk followed by a laboratory tour, the guests were given insights into current nanotechnology research. In an interview with the support of the student Nanotechnology Council, the guests were informed first-hand about the Bachelor''s and Master''s courses in nanotechnology.

The Niedersachsen-Technikum is a new concept for attracting young female specialists to science and industry in the so-called MINT subjects.
