LNQE Research Building

To achieve our objectives, we operate our own research building in Hanover/Germany with labs, equipment, and in particular clean rooms.

Rooms/main usable areas	Laboratories (435 square meters): laser laboratories, chemical laboratories, measuring laboratories Research clean room (409 square meters). The cleanroom has an ISO 5 cleanroom class. Offices for 44 people (509 square meters)
Construction costs	14 million Euro
Funding	The research building was funded by the State of Lower Saxony and, following a successful evaluation by the Science Council (pursuant to Article 91b (1) No. 3 of the Basic Law), by the Federal Government.
